FRENCHCROIX™ accepts returns for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Customers must initiate a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. They must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and free of any odors, stains, or damage. FRENCHCROIX™ reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

2.3. Return Shipping Costs

The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to FRENCHCROIX™. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
